Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

Purchased items will ship from Redlands, CA location within 2–4 business days, unless otherwise noted. Our primary method of shipping is via USPS Priority Mail.

After leaving our shop, USPS will typically deliver your order within 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification containing tracking information once your order has shipped.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of original purchase and must be unworried and tags must be attached.

With that being said, we want you to be happy with every purchase and will do everything we can to ensure we take care of you. 

Please contact us with any concerns about your purchase so we can address them promptly.

Dirtbag Shop is not responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for returns or exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of any returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.


Order Issues

If you experience any problems with your order (did not receive it, it isn't what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right. 

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to let us know. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 72 hours of order delivery.
